One to One Coaching Sessions
Our coaching session may include; Talking council, movement and somatic release, voice/ sound, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Inner child work, Shadow work and in some cases may also involve a take home practice for you to continue to work with.
My work is informed by my experience and knowledge from years of working and training as a well being coach and facilitator of clown, ritual, movement and personal development practices. I am a Neuro Linguistic Master practitioner and occasionally draw on this knowledge within my work as a life and creativity coach to help carry lives in a healthy way and re-wire the mind for positive. My work has a forward focus, it is my intention to help you to move through whatever has been holding you back and to create healthy strategies for a future that is in line with your unique values, gifts and desires.
I draw on my experiences with shamanic, movement and clown training and apprenticeships to help individuals gain insight and clarity in navigating life in a whole hearted way. I will help you to deepen your personal enquiry as well as offering tools that can support your emotional, energetic and physical well being.
The Session: Each session lasts approximately an hour. The first session will be focused around hearing where you are at and what your needs and desires may be in your current situation. In this introduction I will ask questions to deepen my understanding of your needs and wants and help you find a practice or strategy to work with after our session to help you take the steps towards a healthy change in your life.
In some cases one session is sufficient to get to the crux and make positive change. Ideally like most coaching and therapeutic works, I would recommend at least 3 sessions to help move towards more of what you want.
Fee: I charge £75- £100/ per session (Sessions roughly last between 1- 1.5 hours). If you are in need of a scholarship, I have discounted sessions available for £50 for low income and students. Payments can be made by Bank Transfer or Paypal. The session will be scheduled once the payment is received. Payments for the session must be paid in full before the session takes place.
Scholarships: Reduced cost scholarships are available for individuals whom are not supported by the current paradigm. Please enquire if you are in need of a supported scholarship.

Part One: July 1st- 6th: A 5 day facilitated performance Immersion in nature at The Hillyfield (nearest train, Totnes, Devon) Part Two: July 6th- 12th- 3 day Buddhafeilds festival ticket (Taunton, Somerset) with early entry to work as a collective to hold down the Word Up Theatre stage and make magic happen. THE INVITATION: You are invited to join a community of clowns, fools, movers, shakers and magic makers for Part One or Both of this Clownlife Residency nestled in a woodland valley with a lake and a sauna on the edge of Northern Dartmoor. If you choose to join us for Part Two, we will travel as a collective to a lush family friendly alternative festival that celebrates wellbeing, arts, culture, nature,connection and live music to hold down the Word up stage and literally make magic happen as a popup theatre clown company with the help of visiting artists over 2 days of the festival. For the first time ever we will be piloting this unique 2 part residency opportunity. We will gather to do what we’ve been craving to do all year! Play, dance and create performance material intended for the stage and beyond. We will be diving deep into the profound worlds of clown, ritual rites, movement, performance practice with a focus on community, connection, ceremony and artistic performance development. Our days will be filled with movement warm ups, performance practice, Clownlife pedagogy and facilitated exercises to generate material for immersive shows, clown comedy and cabaret performances. We will have an opportunity to perform what we create for our hosts on the land as well as bring what we’ve created straight into the lush Buddhafields Festival to converge with live audiences. |
